Use the library space to house an aquaponics vegetable garden in the JCP&I building. The vegetables grown can be provided to the MSA. Use Arduino Microcontroller technology, open sourced programming (makerspace) for students to get hands on experience working with coding in order to maintain the hydroponic garden. Arduinos have been successfully used to control aquaponic systems. Provide a makers space for students that would be both experiential and educational. The library space in the JCP&I building would be the best location for this as it aligns with the net zero philosophy, and would be readily accessible for all students to view/ interact with.
