Mohawk should have healthier food in its Cafeteria e.g. by using local food and organic food. Choosing to get our cheese, bread, olive oil, etc. of healthier quality which has less trans fats, saturated fats, etc. and be more rich in vitamins and minerals.
This would be Sustainable for students and staff by eating healthy and having a rich diet full of vitamins. It is also beneficial as we use Local Food and Organic Food which is high in quality.
