Electric Campus Security Cars

Create a pilot project to convert all campus security vehicles into electric vehicles or hybrid vehicles. This project will reduce the colleges carbon emissions by quite a lot. It could also be the beginning of installing more hybrid/electric charging stations as hopefully electric cars become more popular and those who drive to campus will be driving an electric car.
