On-Campus Coffee Refill Stations

Offers a system where you pay a set price for a refillable coffee mug ($50 a month, etc.). Good for all coffee on Campus, maybe excluding name brand coffee like Starbuck's or Tim Horton's. It'll reduce waste, as most do not recycle their coffee cups, and could save people money depending on the consumption of coffee by the purchaser. This could also be used to bring more business to the smaller, independent coffee shops on campus.

This would help with waste reduction.
