When I was in high school I learned about Rain water Harvesting, a process to conserve the rain water so I think there should be a system installed in mohawk college which should control heavy amount storm water in it which they can use for detention and other water use such as for irrigation purposes as well. so there should be a huge tank to store the amount of water during the rain storm and that water should be recycled for using in all the gardens.
I think it is a very good idea which would be effective for long time and water has a lot to do with environment this way we can reuse the rain water as well.
