Students and faculty across Mohawk campuses are always getting reusable bags with "swag" and student materials etc. These bags are often, ugly, non practical, and poorly constructed. Quick convenient temporary carrying solutions are part of student life to carry materials or special projects, or papers. why not set up a network of strategically placed reusable bag kiosks, where bags could be deposited and picked up for use. The bags, and there containers could even be subsidized by a sponsor, (a company with environmental solutions.) This idea could then branch out with campaigns for less packaging on food served at schools and school materials etc.
Reduce the amount of plastic bag and fabric reuasble bag waste.
